Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Delivery Inspection Coordination: Coordinate pre-delivery inspection processes for two-wheeler sales, ensuring
timely scheduling, inspection, and delivery of vehicles to customers. - Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to schedule pre-delivery inspections, provide updates on
inspection status, and coordinate delivery timelines, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, service technicians, and
logistics teams, to coordinate pre-delivery inspection activities and ensure seamless execution. - Inspection Quality Assurance: Ensure that pre-delivery inspections are conducted according to established
standards and procedures, verifying vehicle condition, functionality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Documentation Management: Manage documentation related to pre-delivery inspections, including inspection
reports, delivery checklists, and customer agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Issue Resolution: Address any issues or discrepancies identified during pre-delivery inspections, coordinating with
relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in pre-delivery inspection
processes, proposing changes and enhancements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. - Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
in pre-delivery inspection activities, including adherence to safety and quality standards. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pre-delivery inspection processes,
tracking inspection turnaround times, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction levels. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, logistics, and
customer support departments, to coordinate efforts and support sales objectives and business goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales coordination or operations roles, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler
industry. - Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a
fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders in a
professional and courteous manner. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with a focus on delivering high standards of service and customer
satisfaction. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler sales processes, pre-delivery inspection procedures, and automotive industry standards
and regulations.
