ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing
teams. - Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting
strategies to expand market research. - Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending
improvements as needed. - Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analysing their requirements, rendering advice,
negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loan documents to the customer. - Managing team and assuring timely and quality follow ups on the leads by each team member.
- To strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the business, setting up & Grow the existing
channels and develop alternate sourcing channels to meet the current and future business projections &
Achieve the Business target. - Leading a Large team to drive the key product parameters and deliver P&L for the business.
- Manage profitability – Productivity, Yield, and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels.
- To analyse business & competition data and to identify trends & new opportunities.
- Business Development, Sales planning & driving the Sales force.
- Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate, and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy
and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market. - To build and lead a highly effective team. Conceive and execute key projects of business and work across
functions to ensure delivery of project objectives. - Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and write report.
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST
- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
- B.Sc./B.A. in Business Management or relevant field; M.Sc./M.A. will be a plus.
