Position Overview:

The Executive – Onboarding will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires. The role focuses on enhancing employee assimilation, compliance, and readiness within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities, including offer letter issuance, background verification, and documentation.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees by managing orientation sessions, introducing company policies, and providing necessary resources.
  • Ensure timely setup of IT systems, ID cards, and workspace for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new employees, addressing queries and resolving onboarding-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored onboarding plans for various roles.
  • Generate reports on onboarding metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the onboarding process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
