Position Overview:

The Executive – Payroll & Compliance will oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory standards in the fintech-NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, TDS, and gratuity.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records for payroll inputs.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and statutory benefits.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit statutory compliance reports to relevant authorities.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and statutory guidelines, ensuring organizational compliance.
  • Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions and compliance documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of payroll software and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
  • High attention to detail and analytical abilities.
