Mr. Aalesh Avlani is a graduate from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. He worked with a private equity firm in the US, post his graduation. After returning to India, he founded Samyakth Capital, a fintech focused early-stage Venture fund and was an Angel investor in BharatPe and made several high return investments through the fund. At CWC, he looks after Tech, Product and fund raising at Credit Wise Capital. He was featured in the “Forbes Asia 30 Under 30” list in the year.

Mr. Gurpreet Singh Sodhi is a graduate from IIM Calcutta and has an experience of over 35 years in sectors ranging from automobile, banking, NBFC, amongst others. He has worked with India’s top institutions such as Bajaj Auto, Hero Motors, HDFC Bank, Escorts India Limited, HDB Financial Services. He currently looks after functions at CWC.

Atul Gupta has a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in technology, business operations, and private equity investing. Over the last 17 years, he has spearheaded investments in consumer tech, fintech, enterprise tech, and healthcare for Premji Invest and Trident Growth Partners. He has served on numerous boards of his portfolio companies, including Amagi Media, Lenskart, Policybazaar, Purplle, KreditBee, FirstCry, and Pixis.ai, where he was instrumental in partnering with founders to drive profitable growth through both digital and offline strategies.

Ms. Soumya Jain is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Financial Accountant and has over 5 years of work experience in providing and interpreting financial information, monitoring trends & economic performance across industries. She was previously associated with Oracle Sharecon Private Limited (AP of Ventura Securities Pvt Ltd).

Nathmal L. Jain is an entrepreneur and has deep experience in Financial Markets. He is a Shareholder and Director of Samyakth Finserve Private Limited, which is a SEBI Registered Stock Broker. He has over 4 years’ experience in the field of Financial Markets.

Mr. Amit Doshi Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Science (MSc). He has expertise in areas of Market and business strategy, project planning and research, business and risk management. Mr. Amit Doshi brings with him a unique background in both business and compliance and currently serves as a Chief Investment Officer in SM Capital of Mr. MJ Shah.

Mr. Tiwari has over 35 years of experience across sectors with specialisation in the BFSI space. He has had over a decade and a half association with HDFC and has been associated with entities such as Fullerton India Group, Reliance ADAG Group and was Director & CEO at Reliance Capital. He also has had work associations with Also, Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Primus Ltd., Ford Credit Kotak Mahindra Ltd, amongst others

Mr. Ojha is an alumunus of IIT Kharagpur. Prior to his association with CWC, he was heading operations and product at OTO capital. He has also worked as Senior Manager – Products at Rupeek and Manager – Products at OYO

Mr. Sharma is an alumnus of the IIM Calcutta and heads the Collections at CWC. With over two decades of experience in recovery and debt collection within the BFSI space, he has held several key positions in leading financial institutions such as HDFC Bank, where he rapidly advanced through the ranks, eventually leading the bank’s recovery and collections division. He has also served as National Head of collections at IDFC First Bank.

Mr. Jangid has over two decades of experience in the BFSI space. His has had prior work association with UPGRAD Education Pvt. Ltd. and has served as National Sales Manager: Two-Wheeler Loans with Capri Global Ltd, Zonal Sales Manager: Two-wheeler loans at HDB financial services and, Regional Business Manager Two-wheeler loans AU Small Finance Bank Ltd.

Ms. Gohil is a Corporate Lawyer and a Company Secretary and heads the Legal and Governance functions at CWC. She has had prior work associations with KPMG – Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity vertical, IDFC Securities, Vivriti Capital and ALMT Legal. She was also previously a part of the Law Committee at the Indian Merchant Chamber and made contributions towards easing of corporate laws for India Inc for facilitating of ease of business in India
