Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
    • Process accounts payable and receivable.
    • Prepare and manage general ledger entries and reconciliations.
  2. Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
    • Generate reports for management review.
  3. Taxation and Compliance:
    • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
    • Stay updated with tax laws and compliance requirements.
    • Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance during audits.
  4. Payroll Management:
    • Process employee salaries, benefits, and reimbursements.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions like PF, ESI, etc.
  5. Banking and Reconciliation:
    • Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.
    • Manage company bank accounts and process payments.
  6. Other Financial Tasks:
    • Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments for cost analysis and financial controls.
    • Identify areas for financial improvement and cost savings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA qualification is a plus).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in accounts and finance.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
