Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Operations Oversight: Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities, including loan origination,
    underwriting, disbursement, and collections, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and enhance efficiency,
    implementing best practices to streamline workflows and reduce turnaround times.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle, addressing inquiries,
    resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with borrowers and dealerships.
  4. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry
    standards, conducting regular audits and reviews to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
  5. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to operational staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated
    work environment, and promoting professional development opportunities.
  6. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, including credit bureaus, collection agencies, and
    technology providers, to ensure seamless integration and performance monitoring.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze operational data to monitor key performance
    indicators (KPIs), track trends, and identify areas for improvement, providing insights to management for
    decision-making.
  8. Risk Management: Monitor portfolio quality and delinquency trends, implementing strategies to mitigate
    credit and operational risks, and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
  9. Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and software development teams to enhance operational
    systems and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  10. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes related to NBFC operations in the two-wheeler
    financing sector, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification
    preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the two-wheeler financing segment of the
    NBFC industry.
  • Strong understanding of lending operations, credit processes, and regulatory requirements specific to the
    two-wheeler financing sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve
    operational goals.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, and the ability to derive actionable
    insights from operational data.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with loan management systems and operational software.
