Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support and Coordination: Assist the Relationship Manager in executing sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including credit, operations, and marketing, to facilitate the sales
process and ensure timely execution of customer transactions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, channel partners, and customers, serving as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries, support, and assistance.
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized service to enhance
customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Promotion and Marketing: Support sales promotion and marketing activities, including product launches, campaigns, and promotional events, to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, promotional materials, and product information for distribution to
dealerships, channel partners, and customers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness for pipeline management and reporting purposes.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and pipeline
progression, to monitor progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management review, highlighting key sales metrics, trends, and insights.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities
to support strategic decision-making.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s two-wheeler financing products, services, and processes to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry
expertise to support sales effectiveness and performance.
- Compliance and Documentation: compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards in all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, including sales agreements, loan applications,
and customer records, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; relevant certifications or
coursework in sales or customer relationship management preferred. - 4+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles, preferably in the financial services
industry or NBFC sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate
effectively with customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders. - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and building long-term relationships with
customers and partners. - Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales support tools to manage customer data, track sales
activities, and generate reports. - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve
common goals and objectives. - Adaptability and willingness to learn, with a proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement and
professional development.
