Key Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals and
objectives, driving innovation and digital transformation across the organization. - IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks,
servers, databases, and systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. - Application Development: Lead the development and deployment of software applications, platforms, and solutions
to support business operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive competitive advantage. - Data Management: Develop data management strategies and processes to ensure the integrity, availability, and
security of data assets, leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights. - Cybersecurity: Implement robust cybersecurity measures and protocols to protect sensitive information, systems,
and assets from cyber threats and data breaches, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry
standards. - Digital Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to the NBFC sector, evaluating their
potential impact and opportunities for adoption to drive innovation and business growth. - IT Governance: Establish and enforce IT governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal controls. - Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partners,
overseeing contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics to optimize value and ensure service quality. - Talent Development: Build and develop a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation,
collaboration, and continuous learning, and attracting top talent to support organizational objectives. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to
align technology initiatives with business needs, drive consensus, and ensure successful implementation and
adoption.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry or NBFC sector,
with a focus on digital transformation and innovation. - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute technology strategies to drive
business outcomes. - Deep technical expertise across a range of technologies and platforms, with experience in software development, IT
infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing technology and information security in the financial services
industry, including data privacy laws, cybersecurity regulations, and compliance standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level.
