Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business
goals and objectives, leveraging digital channels, platforms, and technologies to drive brand awareness and
customer engagement. - Online Brand Building: Build and maintain the online presence of the NBFC company across digital channels,
including website, social media, email, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. - Content Development: Create engaging and relevant content for digital marketing initiatives, including website
content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to attract and retain target audiences. - Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure for search engines, conducting keyword
research, optimizing meta tags, and implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and
rankings. - Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital channels, including search
engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and remarketing campaigns, to drive targeted
traffic and conversions. - Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies and tactics to capture and nurture leads through digital
channels, including lead magnets, landing pages, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns,
including website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), using analytics
tools to track performance and optimize campaigns. - Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts for the NBFC company, including content creation,
posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analysis, to build brand awareness and foster
customer relationships. - Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and
automated email workflows, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers. - Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify digital marketing trends, best
practices, and opportunities for improvement, informing strategy development and optimization efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field; master’s degree or professional
certification (e.g., Digital Marketing Certificate) preferred. - 6+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in the financial services industry or NBFC sector, with a
focus on lead generation and customer acquisition. - Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email
marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation. - Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and
email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies and
campaigns to achieve business objectives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and external partners. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement in
digital marketing performance. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing digital marketing in the financial services industry, including data
privacy laws and compliance standards.
