Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s business objectives and market trends.
- Define product vision, goals, and priorities based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and market
research.
- Product Development and Management: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-launch management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to develop
innovative and market-leading products.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the financial services industry.
- Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to inform product development and
enhancement initiatives.
- Innovation and Ideation: Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new ideas and technologies.
- Lead innovation initiatives, hackathons, and ideation workshops to generate innovative solutions and
product concepts.
- Product Performance and Optimization: Monitor product performance metrics, including adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, to assess product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement product optimization strategies, including feature enhancements, pricing adjustments, and goto-market strategies, to maximize product value and market impact.
- Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in product
development and management. - Mitigate product-related risks and vulnerabilities by implementing robust risk management processes and
controls. - Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and customer support, to align product strategies with business objectives and priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry associations to drive partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Talent Development and Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, providing guidance, coaching,
and professional development opportunities. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product management
organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or related roles in the financial services industry or
technology sector. - Proven track record of success in developing and launching innovative products and solutions that drive business
growth and customer value. - Deep understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements, with experience in the NBFC
sector preferred. - Strong leadership and strategic vision, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve
ambitious goals. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
