Responsibilities and Duties
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it Develop job postings, job descriptions, and
position requirements - Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities .
- Handling employee onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Handling employee grievances, if any, and updating the employees with policies, compliances, and regulations.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Maintaining employee database and records in the ERP system.
- Consolidating the Training Needs of employees and coordinate with concern department HOD’s to analyses the
same. - Providing MIS reports related to New Joining.
- Assisting in monthly payroll register.
- All other duties & responsibilities that would be assigned by HR Manager from time to time
Qualification
- Graduation mandatory
- Post Graduate in a relevant subject or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
Desired Candidate Profile - Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and Generalist profile.
