Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing requirements, workforce planning initiatives, and recruitment priorities.
- Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and talent pipelines to attract qualified candidates for
open positions.
- Sourcing and Candidate Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to
shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Interview Coordination and Evaluation: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, and provide feedback to hiring
managers to support hiring decisions.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about job opportunities, interview updates, and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance, support, and assistance to candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
and professionally.
- Offer Management and Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions of employment, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, HR team, and legal department to ensure compliance with company policies, compensation guidelines, and employment laws
- Onboarding and New Hire Orientation: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and
introduction to company policies and culture. - Collaborate with HR team and department heads to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles and the organization.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate
satisfaction, to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement. - Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for HR leadership and management to provide insights into
recruitment activities and outcomes. - Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Initiatives: Support employer branding efforts and talent acquisition initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment events, and employer branding campaigns, to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; HR certification or specialized training in recruitment preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably in the financial services industry or NBFC
sector. - Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for diverse roles and functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
at all levels. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and online sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment. - Commitment to upholding confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of recruitment and candidate
management.
