Responsibilities and Duties
Loan Processing Management: Supervise the loan processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
- Coordinate with the underwriting team to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk factors.
- Oversee documentation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Customer Service Management: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance service quality.
Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-effectiveness and maximize profitability.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards set by relevant authorities. - Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and update operational processes accordingly.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance levels and address any discrepancies.
Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and
continuous improvement. - Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to support professional
development.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with operations and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Monitor key risk indicators and take proactive measures to address emerging risks.
Operation Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on twowheeler financing.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to NBFC operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operational software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
