Responsibilities and Duties


Loan Processing Management: Supervise the loan processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications.

  • Coordinate with the underwriting team to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk factors.
  • Oversee documentation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    Customer Service Management: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance service quality.
    Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-effectiveness and maximize profitability.
    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards set by relevant authorities.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and update operational processes accordingly.
  • Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance levels and address any discrepancies.
    Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and
    continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to support professional
    development.
    Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor key risk indicators and take proactive measures to address emerging risks.

Operation Manager Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on twowheeler financing.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to NBFC operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operational software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
