Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Selling Strategy Development: Develop and implement cross-selling strategies and initiatives to promote additional financial products and services to existing two-wheeler loan customers.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs, preferences, and lifecycle stages, leveraging
    data analytics and market insights.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Manage the cross-selling product portfolio, including insurance products, extended warranties, roadside assistance, and other value-added services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product performance evaluation to optimize the product
    mix and enhance cross-selling effectiveness.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute targeted cross-selling campaigns and promotions across various channels, including digital marketing, direct mail, email, and telemarketing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative assets, messaging, and promotional
    materials to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Sales Enablement and Training: Provide training and support to sales teams, dealership staff, and customer service representatives to promote cross-selling opportunities and effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  • Develop sales collateral, training materials, and sales scripts to facilitate cross-selling conversations and
    overcome objections.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with customer experience teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers participating in cross-selling programs.
  • Gather customer feedback, analyze satisfaction metrics, and identify opportunities to improve cross-selling processes and customer interactions.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cross-selling initiatives, including conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to assess the effectiveness of cross-selling campaigns and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in cross-selling activities, including disclosure requirements, customer consent, and privacy regulations.
  • Implement risk management controls and procedures to mitigate risks associated with cross-selling, including customer dissatisfaction, complaints, and regulatory scrutiny.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and compliance,
    to align cross-selling strategies with business objectives and priorities.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, including insurance providers, vendors, and industry associations, to support cross-selling initiatives and partnerships.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, or related roles in the financial services industry, with a focus on cross-selling and customer engagement.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing cross-selling strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
