Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by proactively prospecting for new customers,
generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales. - Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers, including individuals, businesses, and organizations,
through market research, networking, and referrals, to drive new business acquisition. - Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis of potential customers, assessing their creditworthiness, financial
stability, and repayment capacity, to determine eligibility for credit products. - Product Promotion: Promote and sell a range of financial products and services offered by the NBFC, including
loans, insurance, and investment products, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages to
customers. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and channel
partners, providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction
and loyalty. - Sales Support: Provide sales support to customers throughout the sales process, including pre-qualification,
application submission, documentation, and post-sales service, ensuring a seamless customer experience. - Cross-Selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products and services to existing
customers, maximizing wallet share and customer lifetime value. - Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights, monitoring industry trends, customer
preferences, and competitor offerings, to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives. - Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management,
tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for sales planning and decision-making. - Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best
practices in sales activities, including adherence to credit underwriting guidelines and regulatory disclosures.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the financial services industry or NBFC
sector. - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to conduct credit analysis and assess customer creditworthiness, with knowledge of credit underwriting
principles and risk management practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence
decision-makers. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives, delivering customer value, and maximizing
sales performance. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
