Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, channel partners, and customers in the assigned
territory, serving as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, support, and assistance. Establish rapport, trust, and credibility with stakeholders through regular communication, engagement
activities, and personalized service.
- Sales Acquisition and Expansion: Identify sales opportunities and prospects within the assigned territory, including new dealerships,
distribution channels, and customer segments. Conduct market research, lead generation, and prospecting activities to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and
market share objectives. Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business
objectives and market trends.
- Product Promotion and Marketing: Promote two-wheeler financing products and services to dealerships, channel partners, and end customers
through various marketing and promotional activities. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate stakeholders and increase
product awareness and adoption. - Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and
resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular customer visits, follow-up calls, and relationship-building activities to nurture customer
relationships and drive repeat business - Sales Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and pipeline progression, to
track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement. Analyze sales data, trends, and performance indicators to assess sales effectiveness and identify
opportunities for optimization. - Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing customer base, promoting additional
products and services to increase revenue and maximize customer value. Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and
promotions to drive cross-selling initiatives. - Market Intelligence and Feedback: Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to stay informed about industry
trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings. Provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership and product management teams for product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in sales roles, with a focus on financial services, preferably in the two-wheeler financing
industry or NBFC sector. - Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence
stakeholders at all levels. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and leverage insights to make data-driven
