Key Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, channel partners, and
    customers within the assigned territory, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and customer acquisition, including
    new dealerships, distribution channels, and geographic areas, to expand market presence and increase sales
    revenue.
  3. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives, including promotional campaigns,
    sales events, and customer outreach programs, to generate leads, drive conversions, and meet sales targets.
  4. Customer Acquisition: Proactively prospect for new customers, including individuals, businesses, and organizations,
    through market research, networking, and referrals, to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.
  5. Product Promotion: Promote and sell a range of financial products and services offered by the NBFC, including twowheeler loans, insurance, and value-added services, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages to
    customers.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, from initial
    contact to post-sale service, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring high levels of customer
    satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Sales Support: Provide sales support to customers, dealerships, and channel partners, including pre-qualification,
    application submission, documentation, and post-sales service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  8. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights, monitoring industry trends, customer
    preferences, and competitor offerings, to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, underwriting, operations,
    and marketing departments, to coordinate efforts in sales operations, credit processing, and customer service
    delivery.
  10. Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best
    practices in sales activities, including adherence to fair lending practices and consumer protection laws.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the financial services industry or NBFC
    sector, with a focus on two-wheeler financing.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers, dealerships,
    and channel partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits
    effectively and influence decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and maximizing
    revenue generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
