Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Manage sales activities and operations within the assigned territory, including customer acquisition, lead
generation, and revenue generation for two-wheeler financing products. - Develop and implement territory sales plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives
in alignment with business goals.
- Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, channel partners, and key stakeholders in the twowheeler industry.
- Collaborate with dealerships to optimize sales processes, resolve issues, and address customer needs to
drive business growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and KPIs for two-wheeler financing products, including loan disbursals, revenue
generation, and market share growth. - Identify sales opportunities, prospect new customers, and convert leads into sales through effective sales
techniques and relationship building.
- Product Promotion and Marketing: Promote two-wheeler financing products and services to dealerships, channel partners, and end customers
through various marketing and promotional activities. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate stakeholders and
promote product awareness and adoption.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service, addressing inquiries,
and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Conduct regular customer visits, follow-up calls, and relationship-building activities to nurture customer
relationships and drive repeat business - Market Analysis and Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the territory, providing
- insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Collect and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for
growth and improvement. - Team Leadership and Support: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team within the territory, including sales executives
and relationship managers. - Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and performance excellence, coaching team members to
achieve individual and collective sales goals. - Reporting and Performance Tracking: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market
trends for senior management and stakeholders. - Monitor and track sales metrics, including conversion rates, sales funnel progression, and customer
acquisition costs, to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sales roles, with a focus on financial services, preferably in the two-wheeler financing
industry or NBFC sector. - Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within a designated territory.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales
deals effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all
levels. - Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales
team. - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and leverage insights to drive strategic
decision-making. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement in
